Hilary Craig started her career in the hospitality industry in early 2004 as a part-time front desk agent for a small Choice hotel in the middle of Pennsylvania where she quickly moved up the ranks and took over as General Manager in 2007. Her love for the industry came from meeting all of the different guests from all over the globe and her love for the Operations came from the constant need to learn and adapt to the frequently changing dynamic that is required. She moved on to run other hotels, open brand new hotels, and complete hotel conversions. Hilary is an IHG and Choice Hotels certified General Manager with a strong I.T. background.
